Adam Swimmer works for the health and news channels at Canoe and deals with content for the Sun papers sites. He has a degree in film from York University and a post-graduate certificate in journalism from Centennial College. A self-proclaimed "Techno-Luddite," Adam has had a love-hate relationship with technology ever since his parents bought him his first computer, a Vic 20. From the introversion of culture through the Internet to how CGI has almost assuredly destroyed the essence of story in motion pictures, Adam laments it all. And yet, at the same time, he's fully engrossed in it himself. He has a hard time understanding how anyone could survive nowadays with just a dial-up connection, let alone no Internet connection at all, and he gets a kick out of his digital cameras.
